Tell me we'll have fun...Disney on Ice

Has anyone ever been to a show like Disney on Ice? It's normally not the type of thing we'd do, but my sister got me and the kids tickets for today. She's really excited about it, lol! And it's sweet she wanted to do something with my kids (this is a sister whom I am just getting to know that last couple of years due to a divorce in our family).

Anyway, tell me it will be fabulous and I'll have way more fun than I'm thinking I will. All I can think is that I'm going to be cold and bombarded with overpriced Disney gear at ever turn.

Okay, clicking back on my positive attitude. It Will be fun, it will be FUN, it will be fun!

Well, we had an incredible time. It was really all-out Disney glitz and glam. The skating really was quite impressive, athletic, elegant, silly...it had it all.

Now, it was shocking to see that a little bag of cotton candy was $10; a snow cone was $15. Needless to say, we bought nothing!
